Each of our lives is marked by circumstances or situations that can make us “euphoric and satisfied,” or make us feel “defeated and powerless” in the face of a problem. Often these circumstances are beyond our control, they catch us off guard, and lead us to experience stress. So, when these adverse conditions occur, we are often unprepared and ill-equipped to face them constructively, to grasp their useful and constructive sides.
