These are the characteristics that distinguish I&amp;G Management, a consultancy and managerial training company, founded in Milan in 1988.<br \/>\nSpecialised in behavioural, managerial and commercial training, we are 18 professionals who collaborate in the evolution of companies in a synergic way with different competences; we operate with classroom training programmes, outdoor and indoor training, executive and corporate coaching. Together with Success Insights International Inc we offer our clients greater objectivity in assessment projects through up-to-date behavioural and motivational analysis tools.<br \/>\nWe are the Italian branch of Paul Ekman International and, through an international network, we disseminate the scientific and psychological theories and models studied by Prof. Paul Ekman, the world&#8217;s leading expert on the physiology of emotions and non-verbal communication.
