Giorgia’s main characteristics are her attention to others and the enthusiasm with which she embarks on every new experience.

She loves working in a team and contributes, with her positivity, to the development of Persona Global Italia’s business and the growth of I&G, as a reference point in the field of managerial and behavioral training.

Sensitive to social issues, she graduates in Sociology to delve into the dynamics between the individual and society.

After completing her university studies, she does Civil Service at the Gender Policies Service of the Province of Milan, with which she collaborates for about three years.

During this experience, she realizes the relevance of interpersonal relationships in the workplace and this interest leads her to the world of corporate training.

Thus, in 2014, the collaboration with I&G was born.
