Proudly from Bologna, he worked in a company as a manager, experiencing firsthand the effectiveness of his studies in NLP in the field of sales and effective interpersonal communication.
He became ESaC and ETaC certified at I&G, the Italian headquarters of the Paul Ekman Group, and is a Certified Executive Coach – EEC European School of Coaching. He carries out his training activities in the field of negotiation, relational strategy, persuasive communication, and self-empowerment.
He is the creator of the “The Skyscraper of Sales” methodology, an expert in action learning, and conducts highly impactful experiential training activities, with an approach aimed at implementing classroom content also through direct support as a coach of clients’ personnel.
He plays tennis with results inversely proportional to the effort expended. He has a beautiful family with whom he loves to spend his time, even on clay courts.
